When is a good time to sell? Most home sellers think the spring market is the best time and it could be. Homes certainly show better when the gardens are blooming and trees are lush. What really makes the difference is the state of the economy and consumer confidence. I had several home sellers that wanted to take their house off the market this past winter. I convinced them to not to and was able to get a few of them sold. Why? Mild winter and the uptick in consumer confidence created an increase in sales.
