46 Months to Clear Market Supply of Distressed Homes!


 



The real estate market is definitely showing signs of improvement but we are not at the woods yet!  This article explains why it will take another 46 months to clear the market’s supply of distressed homes and shadow  inventory.  I don’t think it will take that long in this area.   However, we won’t know for sure until  we see how many foreclosed homes hit the market over the next year.

Charlemont Trail System
Trail Hike - Wednesday, May 9th, 5:30 - 7:00 PM
A few landowners in Charlemont have come together to build a trail network in the center of town. Berkshire East, the Warfield House and Zoar Outdoor control over 1500 acres of mostly forested land and the three landowners, 
with considerable support from the New England Mountain Bike Association, have developed over 20 miles of hiking and biking trails that are free and open to the public for non-motorized recreation. 

A few upcoming events that are free and open to the public are:

Trail Hike - Wednesday, May 9 at 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Meet at the Berkshire 
East base lodge. We will drive up to the top of the mountain and then hike 
the trails at the top. 

Trail Work Day - Saturday, May 12, 9 am to 1 pm. Meet at the Berkshire East base lodge.
