Massachusetts 4th Quarter Economic and Market Watch Report
This is my favorite report that comes out every quarter and provides information about the real estate market in each county across Massachusetts. This 33 page report is provided by MLS Property Information, the largest multiple listing service in New England. The section about Franklin County is located on page 9 of the report and the last few pages covers trends and predictions by the chief economist for National Association of Realtor.
