Western Mass Housing Update

Home sales continue to decline in WMass: wwlp.com

Franklin County had an increase in sales of 19%, but the median price down 15%.  Only 19 closed sales in Franklin County last month.  This is no surprise due to the winter weather conditions.  I predict a busy spring market ahead.
